KUALA LUMPUR, 18 NOVEMBER 2025 – Naza Eastern Motors Sdn Bhd, the sole distributor of Suzuki cars in Malaysia, today unveiled the all-new Suzuki Fronx Hybrid, a bold compact SUV that brings together modern sophistication, practicality, and precision.

Designed for those who crave individuality and confidence behind the wheel, the Fronx combines the athletic stance of an SUV with the elegance of a coupe, and proudly carries a five-star ASEAN NCAP safety rating, setting a new benchmark in the compact SUV segment.

According to Mohd Rizal Jailan, Chief Executive Officer of Naza Automotive Group, the Fronx represents Suzuki’s growing commitment to Malaysia’s rapidly evolving automotive market.

A DESIGN THAT CAPTURES ATTENTION

Built on Suzuki’s latest lightweight platform, the Fronx carries a strikingly distinctive presence. Its chrome-accented front grille, LED multi-reflector headlamps with DRLs and integrated signals, horizontal LED rear lamp, wheelarch extensions, roof rails, and bold skid plates along the front, rear, and side give it a confident, purposeful look. 

The Suzuki Fronx measures 3,995 mm in length, 1,765 mm in width, 1,550 mm in height and has a wheelbase of 2,520mm. The coupe-like silhouette and muscular shoulder lines deliver a dynamic profile that effortlessly blends sportiness and sophistication.

Adding flair to its appearance are 16-inch alloy wheels and a palette of expressive two-tone colours, including Rising Orange + Cool Black, Savanna Ivory + Cool Black and Ice Grayish Blue + Cool Black. The single tone colours available are Pearl Mellow Deep Red, Cool Black, Pearl Snow White and Magma Gray.

Inside, the Fronx showcases Suzuki’s philosophy of modern simplicity and driver-focused design. A 9-inch HD touchscreen infotainment system sits at the heart of the cabin, supporting Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, alongside a Head-Up Display (HUD) and a 360-degree camera system for enhanced visibility.

The three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel with tilt and telescopic adjustment, cruise control and wireless charging adds to the vehicle’s convenience and comfort.

The Suzuki Fronx offers an exceptionally quiet and refined cabin with superior NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) performance, ensuring a premium and comfortable driving experience. Designed with a high articulation index, it effectively prevents unwanted external noise from entering the cabin, enhancing overall peace of mind for both driver and passengers.

The seat features a three-dimensional contoured design that complements the dual-tone interior, creating a cohesive and premium look. Its embossed seat edges not only enhance visual depth but also deliver a sense of comfort and sophistication, perfectly matching the overall cabin aesthetic.

The Fronx also has seven multiple compartments, offers 308 litres of boot space and 60:40 split-folding rear seats, making it a versatile choice for city drives and weekend getaways alike.

Built around Suzuki’s TECT body structure, the Fronx is engineered for durability and crash energy absorption, while its 170 mm ground clearance offers confidence over uneven terrain.

Under the hood lies the 1.5-litre K15C four-cylinder hybrid petrol engine, producing 103PS at 6,000 rpm and 138 Nm of torque at 4,400 rpm. Paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters, the Fronx promises smooth, responsive power delivery and impressive fuel efficiency. It features a 12V-10Ah Lithium Ion battery and a 37-litre fuel tank that allows the SUV to achieve a WLTP driving range of over 700 kilometers.

Complementing its performance are MacPherson strut front suspension, torsion beam rear suspension, and ventilated front disc brakes, ensuring a composed and stable ride across urban and highway conditions.

The Fronx will be offered with a 3-year or 100,000 km vehicle warranty and a 5-year or 100,000km battery warranty (whichever comes first), providing added peace of mind to Malaysian owners. The Suzuki Fronx has an on-the-road price excluding insurance of RM147,888.
